Shipping Rates & Methods
- Flat Rate Ground Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of $11.99 for ground delivery within the Continental USA for orders up to 10 lbs.
- Additional Weight Charges: Orders over 10 lbs will incur an additional charge of $1 per pound, up to a total weight of 200 lbs.
- Heavy Shipments: For orders over 200 lbs, shipping rates will be manually adjusted by our team. You will be contacted with the updated shipping charges.
- Exclusions: Flat rate shipping does not apply to refrigerated or frozen items. Please review our refrigerated and frozen shipping policy below.
Packaging & Delivery Process
We carefully package every order to ensure product quality, freshness, and safety during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the entire package from all sides upon receipt.
- Contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours at (410) 379-2267 or email us at Investigations@shamra.com.
- Retain all packaging materials for investigation purposes. This is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refrigerated & Frozen Items
- Local Delivery (Maryland, Washington D.C., Northern Virginia): Frozen and refrigerated products are shipped daily via ground service.
- All Other Areas: Frozen and refrigerated products outside the local area will be shipped via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air to preserve product quality. Please ensure you select the appropriate shipping method when ordering refrigerated or frozen items.
Free Shipping Promotion
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more delivered to Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia.

- Free shipping does not guarantee same-day delivery.
- If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, additional charges may apply. Please contact our support team to make any changes.
Carrier Substitution
Shamra.com reserves the right to change the selected shipping carrier when necessary, provided the delivery time remains the same or is improved compared to the shipping method initially selected by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a full refund or exchange will be issued based on your preference.
